He is a graduate of Cornell Law School and spent the 2011-12 term clerking for Judge Sally D. Adkins on the Maryland Court of Appeals. He has a master’s in journalism from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s in information technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
During law school, he interned in the legal department at NPR and was an articles editor on the Cornell Law Review. Before law school, Rob was a sports copy editor at The Sun in Baltimore and a metro copy-editing intern at The Washington Post.
