Recordings made of 911 calls are subject to disclosure under the FOIA. Ark. Op. Att’y Gen. No. 94-100. Subscriber information, including names, telephone numbers, and addresses, of 911 callers that is provided by service providers to the 911 system is confidential and is not subject to the FOIA. Ark.
