A federal judge in Miami has ordered a former terror suspect acquitted of terrorism conspiracy charges not to speak about the case. As the first of seven men accused of plotting to destroy Chicago's Sears Tower whose case was resolved, Lyglenson Lemorin was gagged from discussing the matter.

Stating a concern that publicity surrounding the trial of four men charged with murdering Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor might jeopardize their right to a fair trial, a Miami-Dade circuit judge issued a gag order in the case Jan. 8. Attorneys, prosecutors, the police and Taylor's family are all prohibited from speaking about the case or about statements previously made to police.

A Texas appeals court has overturned a Galveston judge's order preventing jurors who served on the only civil trial to emerge from the March 2005 explosion at BP's Texas City refinery from discussing the case publicly until all the litigation is resolved.
