D. Court action.

FOIA states that: "[a]ny party aggrieved by the decision of [the FOIC] may appeal therefrom, in accordance with the provisions of [Conn. Gen. Stat. §4-183]." Conn. Gen. Stat. §1-206(d). This appeal is to the Superior Court in accordance with UAPA. See Conn. Gen. Stat. §4-183.
