12. Sex offender records.

Certain sex offender records are considered public records, and thus are open to inspection and copying by the public.  Fla. Stat. § 944.606; Op. Att’y Gen. Fla.93-32 (Apr. 22, 1993); see Op. Att’y Gen. Fla. 97-09 (Feb. 10, 1997).
