Pursuant to the state open records act, I request access to and copies of Open records request city of Austin, legal department
Please furnished complete records of all lawsuits filed against the city the last 24 months.
Please furnish all motions to compel testimony that was filed on the city to compel testimony in the last 24 months.
Please furnish all motions to deny indigent status that the city has filed in lawsuits in the last 24 months.
Please furnish all personnel records for DAVID ALLAN SMITH and "Sanders, Robin"
Qualifications for their job. The original application they filled out. The Resumes submitted with job application.
Please furnish any complaints from citizens or staff of the city of Austin concerning behavior of the attorneys mentioned.
All and any letters of reprimand or commendations, in there are file for the city of Austin.
All reimbursement, paid, perks of the job; car rental airfare travel expenses and fees to people have charged the city of Austin for.
All legal documents filed in state or federal court that reference TCPRC § 101.106 that the city has filed in any court in Travis County or federal court in the last 36 months 3 years 2007 2008 or 2009. Just how many times has a city use this to persecute individuals? Exceed their authority, documents that show this discrimination is what I am looking for.
Please furnish all records for Clark Richard, and the Richards Rodriguez & Skeith, L.L.P. 816 Congress Ave., Suite 1200 Austin, Texas 78701. All work performed for the city and legal capacity. Any document would explain why the city is keeping this lawyer in the loop. Any and all documents that would explain why the city has always forwarded copies of the lawsuit against David P. Griffin and the city of Austin. Any and all documents that would explain what connection the city has with this attorney and this is firm.
All contracts between nonprofits and the city of Austin and quarterly reports for the last 24 months.
All legal fees associated with Griffin Vs city of Austin, billable hours, expenses to the city that I will be responsible for.
All legal fees that was reimbursed to the city from the nonprofit known as channelAustin.
All documentation reprimands e-mails concerning the legal case known as Griffin Vs city of Austin.
All the information is requiring is in a digital format known as a PDF file. These files can be copied to a CD are DVD, cheaply and inexpensively for both sides.
I am very from air with the city’s practice of dumping unnecessary documents. And would like the opportunity to come and expects selected documents for duplication.

Under the contract with public access community television known as ChannelAustin in the reporting section anytime this nonprofit decision is causes the city to be sued it has to notify the city of any legal action. Starting in 2007 2008 and 2009 all letters detailing legal action pending is filed against the nonprofit and the city of Austin.
And the contract with the city of Austin and ChannelAustin number employees will be reported every quarter in a quarterly report please furnish a quarterly reports with the number of employees for the year and 2007 2008 and 2009
In the contract with the city of Austin to ChannelAustin the nonprofit will reimburse the city for all and any legal expenses arising from this contract please furnish copies of invoices checks and receive to the city from the nonprofit please furnish all documentation concerning reimbursement for 2007 2008 and 2009.
Please furnish complete personnel file for Rondell Hawkins any letters accommodations or criticism her original application for her job her resume when submitted to the position she currently holds. Any and all documents that would justify her existence in holding this job.
Please furnish all communications from Time Warner to the city of Austin concerning payment of the $1.8 million owed to channelAustin that took the city almost 2 ½ years to collect. All documents e-mails conversations meetings that took place between Time Warner and the city in efforts to elect these funds.
He has created an audit report stating how Time Warner has underpaid the city of Austin in revenue.
Police charged all communications from Time Warner to the city relating to payment of city fees including the eye net’s fees for maintenance and upkeep of this outdated obsolete system.
In the contract that states two employees will be maintaining the INET system at all times please furnish names of the two employees are filling the contract of the year 2007 2008 2009.
Please furnish all complaints to the city of about ChannelAustin and the management for the year 2007 2008 and 2009.
In the contract is stated that any equipment is stolen or missing has to be reported to the city please furnish all letter stating this and any other equipment that was missing or stolen in the year 2007 2008 1and 2009.
Do you know my indigent status I'm asking the city to waive any and all fees.
I wish to thank the city for their cooperation in this matter.
If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act.
