With one judge dissenting, one Court of Appeal has held that tapes of calls to 911 requesting emergency medical assistance were exempt as being “privileged communications between a health care provider and a patient.” Hill v. East Baton Rouge Parish Dept. of Emergency, 925 So.2d 17 (La.App. 1st Cir. 2005), writ denied, 927 So.2d 311 (La. 2006).
