2. Priority.

The court is required to assign FOAA appeals priority for trial over all other actions except writs of habeas corpus and actions brought by the state against individuals.  1 M.R.S.A. § 409.  In practice, such cases are given expedited treatment, but a motion should be filed requesting same.
