12. Sex offender records.

Any person convicted in Montana (or outside of Montana under a similar state or federal statute) under Mont. Code Ann.  § 46-23-502(2), must register with the city or county law enforcement within 10 days of entering a county of the state for purposes of taking up either temporary or permanent residence in the county. 47 Mont.
