9. Availability of court costs and attorneys' fees. M4C09

The court shall award costs and fees to a successful plaintiff. If a public body defendant prevails and if the court determines the plaintiff brought the suit without sufficient information and belief that good grounds support the suit, the court shall award reasonable attorneys' fees. §10-15-3(C), NMSA 1978.
