A Michigan reporter was arrested Nov. 4 at the scene of a fatal motorcycle wreck, and she claims an officer erased from her camera photos she took of the crash site, according to The Associated Press.

Diane Bukowski of the Michigan Citizen newspaper was taken into custody on charges of assault and resisting an officer after she allegedly refused to leave the scene of the wreck, which killed two people, The AP reports.  Her attorney, John Royal, told The AP the officer said in a case document that he deleted at least one photo so family members of the crash victims wouldn't have to see them in print.
