Wyoming state courts include circuit courts, district courts and the Wyoming Supreme Court. There are also municipal courts. The circuit courts have jurisdiction in civil matters with alleged damages up to $7,000. The circuit courts also conduct criminal arraignments and preliminary hearings.

Transcripts may be obtained from the court’s official reporter. The Wyoming State Bar has the contact information for the court reporters for each court. The reporters may also be contacted via the specific court office. The expected costs of transcripts is $3.25 to $3.65 a page for delivery within 30 days after receipt of the order. Expedited transcripts cost from $4 to $5 a page, while same day transcripts can cost between $6 and $7 a page.
