If disclosure is time sensitive, it is a good idea to remind the agency that the CPRA states that the agency is to make the records "promptly" available and, unless unusual circumstances exist, it must respond no later than 10 days from receipt of the request, if necessary, for copies of records. Cal. Gov't Code § 6253(b) and (c).
