Wyomings courts have had little occasion to consider the privacy torts. In one defamation case, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit held that the same First Amendment considerations applied to defamation and false light claims. Pring v. Penthouse Intl Ltd., 695 F.2d 438 (10th Cir. 1982), cert. denied, 462 U.S. 1132 (1983).
