B. Can the requester obtain a customized search of computer databases to fit particular needs?

Although GRAMA does not specifically address this issue, it is likely that a requester could obtain a customized search of computer databases as long as the requester identifies the records sought with reasonable specificity and pays for the search costs. See Utah Code Ann. § 63G-2-201(7).
