Volunteer attorneys

While the Reporters Committee does not practice law or directly represent clients, Reporters Committee staff attorneys do, at times, directly represent journalists in legal cases on a pro bono basis. In addition, the Reporters Committee and its attorneys sometimes seek the assistance of volunteer media law attorneys around the country. If you would like to be among those volunteer media law attorneys, please complete and submit the form below.

You can sign up as an individual attorney, or as a representative of a firm. If signing up as a firm, the name specified below will be the primary contact. Firms with multiple office locations should submit separate entries for each office, so that the appropriate office will show up in a proximity search.

Thank you for participating.
