Everything online journalists need to protect their legal rights. This free resource culls from all Reporters Committee resources and includes exclusive content on digital media law issues.
The Reporters Committee offers a variety of media law resources on its website and via the hotline, but we cannot directly represent journalists in legal cases. For this, we rely on a network of volunteer attorneys around the country, to whom we refer callers for pro bono representation.
If you would like to be considered for inclusion on our attorney referral list, please complete and submit the form below.
You can sign up as an individual attorney, or as a representative of a firm. If signing up as a firm, the name specified below will be the primary contact. Firms with multiple office locations should submit separate entries for each office, so that the appropriate office will show up in a proximity search.
Most, but not all, requests will be for pro bono work. Evaluation of whether the requestor qualifies for pro bono assistance is up to you.
Thank you for participating.
