Emily Miller

Google Policy Fellow, Summer 2017

Emily Miller is the Reporters Committee's first Google Policy Fellow. Emily is a rising junior at Brown University concentrating in History and International Relations. Originally from Washington D.C., she learned about politics and journalism from its epicenter. She graduated from Sidwell Friends School in 2015. Her passion for journalism and politics has only grown since then.

Outside of the classroom at Brown, Emily writes opinion columns for the Brown Daily Herald, is the president of Brown's chapter of the United Nations Association of the United States of America, and plays club tennis. Before joining the Reporters Committee, Emily worked on the Hillary Clinton campaign in the Florida Finance Unit. Next year, she will study abroad in Paris, France.
