The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has begun to re-post some of the documents it took down from its website in reaction to news reports that some of the records contained information terrorists might use. Officials said they are undertaking a comprehensive review and will repost documents as security concerns are met. The initial NRC action prompted criticism from a number of watchdog groups that termed the agency’s reaction excessive. (11/8/04)
