Freedom of the Press Awards

The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press recognizes journalism and media law leaders at its annual Freedom of the Press Awards Dinner.

2020

The COVID-19 global pandemic means that our 2020 event cannot proceed in-person as planned. We are exploring how to make this celebration a virtual one to be held in the fall. Our Freedom of the Press Award winners Ted Boutrous, Julie Brown, Amal Clooney, Jane Mayer, and Laura Moscoso, all deserve our accolades, and we are looking forward to honoring them in a special way. We will post updates here, and through our email and social media channels as we have them.
