Clerks, Media Push for E-Access to Court Records in Florida

Florida Court clerks, the news media and businesses that use court files all argued against proposals to limit Internet access to court records. At the first in a series of public hearings on proposals that would cushion the transition to total electronic access, the several interests said a continued moratorium on electronic release was neither practical nor needed.
