Almost 18 months after two members of an Albany mosque were arrested by the FBI, the issue of federal secrecy remains unresolved, further complicated by allegations that warrantless wiretaps were used in gathering evidence. The defense wants the charges, or any evidence obtained from warrantless phone taps, tossed out. U.S. District Judge Thomas McAvoy scheduled a hearing March 24.
