Wyoming Gov. Dave Freudenthal criticized a bill that grants a non-disclosure privilege to communications by legislators with staff, constituents and consultants, saying it “sets up not a privilege but a privileged class.” He said the issue deserves a thoughtful study and hinted he might veto the bill should it pass this session.
