A federal appeals court judge said the New Orleans Times Picayune should have access to the paperwork supporting its raid on the home of Rep. William Jefferson and the office of his campaign treasurer. The Justice Department has released similar documents justifying its raid on the Congressman’s Capitol office. The papers were sealed by court order. (6/5/06)
