Pennsylvania’s Court Administrator has reminded the state’s 555 district judges that court records should not contain redactions other than the names of juvenile victims, the court system. The reminder followed a audit of court records by state news organizations which showed inconsistent practices throughout the state courts system. (8/1/06)
