The Federal Judge in the trial of two lobbyists for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee who acquired classified information has directed the Justice Department to investigate how CBS News got the story of the FBI’s investigation two years ago. Judge Thomas Ellis III ordered Justice to “conduct an investigation into the identify of any government employee responsible” for the leak. (8/22/06)
