A judicial taskforce in Connecticut has recommended more than three dozen changes in court rules and procedures aimed at improving public access to court information, including a two-year pilot program allowing cameras and electronic recordings in courtrooms. The task force also urged a new law allowing criminal conviction information and daily criminal dockets to be made available on the Internet. (9/18/06)
