A federal judge upheld a ruling by a magistrate that The New York Times must disclose the identities of three sources used by Nicholas D. Kristof in reporting columns he wrote on the deadly anthrax mailings of 2001. Kristof and the Times are being sued by by Stephen J. Hatfill, who claims the columns suggested he was responsible for the attacks. (11/3/06)
