Iowa’s Attorney General Jay Nixon is playing games with his constituents – all in the interest of informing them about their right of access to public records and meetings. He’s posted two short quizzes on the state’s Sunshine Law. He said he hoped they learn from the quizzes and use the knowledge to “ensure that our government records and meetings, from city hall to the state Capitol, are open to the fullest extent possible.”
