A new Congressional Research Service report reviews the arguments for and against the Supreme Court allowing television and webcast coverage of its proceedings and says the verdict is still out. It notes that none of the legislation introduced to advance camera coverage have moved and that the justices themselves do not appear to favor further opening their hearings. (11/29/06)
