The Justice Department is fighting in court to keep secret a government report that concludes it leaked confidential and damaging information about a prosecutor it had removed from a high profile terrorist case. Justice says disclosing the report, which reaches no conclusion on who leaded the information, would violate the privacy of some 30 prosecutors investigated. (1/17/07)
