The military held secret hearings at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, for at least three terrorism suspects, including two alleged planners of the Sept. 11 attacks as a first step toward determining whether the three should be tried before a military commission. The Pentagon said redacted transcripts of the hearings and unclassified summaries of the evidence would be released. (3/13/07)
