A judge in Washington ruled the state Utilities and Transportation Commission must immediately release oil and natural gas pipeline mapping information to several of the state’s newspapers. Superior Court Judge Richard Hicks said the information is not exempt from the state’s public disclosure law. The agency said it would release the documents. (3/19.07)
