Federal prosecutors want to keep from the public discovery documents being turned over to defense attorneys in the fraud trial of former Pennsylvania state senator Vince Fumo and three aides. The prosecutors said the nearly 8,000 pages of records include information on “uncharged criminal conduct” by people other than the defendants. (4/2/07)
