The Army advised the Federation of American Scientists that documents it posted about operational security documents on efforts to control sensitive but unclassified information and on GI blogging had been published illegally and must be removed. FAS refused, noting that the Army by law cannot copyright its publications and that FAs is a private organization not subject to Army regulations. (5/7/07)
