The Texas Legislature approved and sent to Gov. Rick Perry a law that will seal the names of residents licensed to carry concealed weapons. Current law allows the state Department of Public Safety to do no more than confirm whether someone is a licensed holder if the requester can provide more details than just the name. (5/10/07)
