The ACLU declares in a new report that whistleblowers in the nation’s intelligence agencies are glaringly unprotected, with the Whistleblower Protection Act not applying to most employees of the FBI, CIA, NSA and Defense Intelligence Agency. The report focuses on five employees left unprotected after reporting potential security breaches. (5/15/07)
