The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that audio tapes played at a preliminary hearing are public records and should be released to the public on request. The 6-1 decision involved a request by a television for tapes of a phone conversation between two romantic rivals later involved in a fatal car crash. (6/22/07)
