Ohio Attorney Marc Dann’s guidelines for local government handling of records requests, such as immediate release of routine information, don’t sit well with the Ohio School Board Association. The association say AG stretched the law and is “more a position statement on what the ideal world would be.” Dann suggested the association is “out of touch” which its membership, which supports transparency.
