A bill to force disclosure of the names of donors to presidential libraries is stalled in the Senate, the Dallas Morning News reported. It noted that the bill is not on Majority Leader Sen. Harry Reid’s agenda for the remaining weeks of the session. Six senators are co-sponsoring the bill, which passed the House in March. (9/11/07)
