The Ohio Supreme Court dismissed a Cincinnati Enquirer lawsuit seeking the names of all Ohioans convicted of drunk driving. The court made no comment in its 7-0 opinion, but state officials had contended that the federal law on privacy protected personal driver information. (10/26/07)
