Many state governments are still not taking full advantage of the Internet to inform the public, according to a report on disclosure laws released by the Corporate Research Project of Good Jobs First. The report examines the online reporting of economic development subsidies, procurement contracts and lobbying disclosures. The poorest rating was in the posting of development subsidy information.
