A district judge in Minneapolis ruled that the public has no right, at this time, to the findings of an engineering firm hired to look into the collapse of the I-35W bridge.  An attorney for several of the collapse victims and their families had sought the information but Judge Herbert Lefler said the information can be released only with the approval of federal investigators. (11/30/07)
