Democratic presidential candidate Bill Richardson, the governor of New Mexico, and former Sen. John Edwards have responded to the Sunshine Campaign questionnaire on open government. Both pledged an a transparent administration if elected and criticized the secrecy of the Bush Administration. Richardson’ responded to all of the questions on a Sunshine Campaign survey; Edwards however, ignored the questionnaire and instead offered generalized statements on the issue. (12/26/07)
