The people who use government websites have rising expectations and their satisfaction fell in 2007, according to the University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index. Highest of the 100 sites rated was the Social Security Administration’s online benefits site. The lowest was FEMA’s Map Service Center. (12/21/07)
