Transparency in office: Giuliani's record conflicts with his word

The Associated Press takes a comprehensive look at former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s record on openness and finds some cause for concern. This stands in contrast to comments the presidential hopeful made last week during a GOP debate in Iowa where he asserted: "My government in New York City was so transparent that they knew every single thing I did almost every time I did it."
