The Army has restored online public access to its collection of Army doctrine publications after the Federation of American Scientists filed a Freedom of Information Act request for the entire contents of the unclassified Reimer Digital Library. FAS said it has now asked the Marine Corps to release the contents of its online doctrine library, which is no longer available to the public. (3/6/08)
