Former USA Today reporter Toni Locy is being held in contempt of court for failing to identify her source who identified former Army scientist Steven Hatfill as a person of interest in the investigation of the 2001 anthrax attacks. Locy is one of five reporters Hatfill subpoenaed in his effort to identify who leaked his name. (2/20/08)
