A trade group went to court this week trying to block the Federal Aviation Administration from going forward with a planned Freedom of Information Act release of information about corporate jets, ProPublica reports.

The National Business Aviation Association asked a federal court in Washington, D.C. to bar the FAA from saying which corporations wanted the tail numbers on their jets kept from the public. ProPublica reports it requested the records and the FAA had agreed to release them, before the suit was filed.
