The American Civil Liberties Union sued the Pentagon seeking records on civilians killed by U.S. forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. The Army has turned over the requested documents but the Navy, Air Force and Marines refused. The ACLU said the records it has received show only a few investigations into the civilian deaths or courts martial called for disciplinary action. 9/5/07)
