The ACLU has asked the Justice Department, the CIA and the National Security Agency to release records relating to the NSA/s warrantless electronic surveillance of Americans, authorized in secret by President Bush in 2002. The FOIA request seeks all records of “policies, procedures, and/or practices” of NSA for electronic surveillance without a court order. (12/20/05)
